Welcome To Abbey Products Abbey products was founded in October 1985 in a small starter unit in Wigston, Leicester. To date we have grown and expanded into our fourth factory. We have developed vast experience of the thermoforming industry working with our customers to design, manufacture and produce their tooling requirement.

We specialise in the manufacture of high quality thermoforming tools both in the UK and Europe. We are a very versatile company with a huge wealth of experience. We have a professional and committed team using all the traditional methods of manufacture as well as all CAD CAM technology and CNC milling machines allowing for the most complicated designs to be developed and manufactured and delivered direct to your door.
